Edna was born in Allamuchy, NJ and moved to Florida in 1981. She had her own lawn care business and worked at Walmart until she retired. Edna loved gardening, reading, traveling and ceramics. Her yard is a colorful display of ceramic animals, flowers, and holiday decorations.
Edna loved to travel, especially in the United States. She said it was beautiful and spent a lot of time traveling with her partner Brownie, in their motorhome. After his passing she traveled by car with her best friend and sister Nancy. Her favorite destination was Branson, MO., because she loved Country Music and went to several shows. She also traveled to visit family, friends and grandchildren as often as she could.
Edna is survived by a sister, Nancy Bartolet and a brother, Marshall Parr, four children Deborah Neipling, Dorinda Kline, Robert Hardick, and Brian Spinning; 11 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends who will carry her memory in their hearts. She will be missed dearly by her family and friends.
Edna’s ashes will be interred alongside her love on June 13, 2026 at Fernhill Memorial Gardens in Stuart, FL. A memorial service will be held at that time.
